We are based in the Midlands in Nottingham and buy Land and property in all parts of the UK. Soda Estates offers an efficient hassle free way to sell property. We have been investing in the property market since 1990 and treat property as a long term investment. Due to our experience and the size of our portfolio we are able to ride out any short term fluctuations in the property market.

We offer our clients the flexibilty to be able to sell their property fast or to sell and join our Rent Back Scheme. We have many happy customers who have taken advantage of the Soda Estates Rent Back Scheme and cashed in their properties but remain in their homes.
