How much will it cost me?

Unlike other companies we do not charge any up front fees. There are no hidden fees, no estate agents fees, no valuation fees we even pay your solicitors bill on completion.

How quickly can you complete?

From sale agreed to completion usually takes up to 28 days. We can however complete in 7 days if required. For most of our clients 28 days is adequate.

I'm being evicted tomorrow, can you help?

We can stop repossessions and have stopped bailiffs at the last minute. It's never too late to contact us we may be able to help.

Do you really buy all types of property?

We buy all types of property, but specialise in residential property. We would still be interested in commercial properties or land offered to us.

Why shouldn't I sell my house with an Estate agents?

We always recommend that you should try selling with the estate agents if you want the best price for your property. If you would like to take advantage of our quick guaranteed sale or our Rent Back Scheme however, then you should consider us.

How much do you pay?

As you are aware there must be a trade off between selling the property quickly to us and selling the property the usual way through the estate agents. Due to the current property market we can only offer a maximum of up to 75% of the open market value of the property but will always tailor a solution to suit your needs; this could be a quick sale, sale and rent back etc.

Will you sell my house for me?

We are not estate agents and do not sell houses. However if you need to sell property quickly we can usually help.
