Repossessions Stopped

It's never too late, we can help you stay in your home!

If you are in the process of having your home repossessed by your mortgage lender or if you have already been evicted we can help.

As long as there is sufficient equity in your property then we can usually step in quickly and stop any court action. We then purchase the property and you can stay for as long as you like as tenants in our Rent Back Scheme

If eviction has already taken place recently we could still help. We can get you back into your property and stop any further court costs. We then purchase the property and you can join the Soda Estates Rent Back Scheme staying in the property as a tenant.

We can always offer you the option of buying back the property at a discount when you are ready (subject to terms).

We have stopped many repossessions through the years. Check our testimonials for details of some of the people we have previously helped.

More about repossession

If your property is repossessed you will still be liable for all ongoing costs such as mortgage interest, possession costs from the lender, legal fees etc. Your mortgage lender will then try to sell the property quickly to recover their money. This will often mean the property is sold at auction at a discount. When the property is sold the lenders account will be settled first, if there is any surplus this will be repaid to you. If however there is a shortfall, the lender will attempt to recover it from you.

Credit agencies will be given your repossession details and this information will be kept on your file for 6 years. This will make it very difficult to obtain another mortgage.

Mortgage lenders vary, some can be sympathetic to your situation but many are not. Some mortgage lenders can issue court proceedings against you if you are only 2 months in arrears.
