If you are retired or reaching retirement and you want to release the equity built up in your property to enjoy, but do not want to move out. The Soda Estates Sell and Rent Back Scheme is ideal for you. We will buy the property from you and allow you to stay in the property as tenants. If your circumstances then change at a later date you can leave the property when it suits you.

Financial Difficulty

If you are finding it difficult to keep up repayments on mortgages and loans, we can normally help. We will quickly purchase the property from you and allow you to stay as tenants at a rent you can afford. We can stop repossessions if your home is at risk from repossession allowing you and your family to stay in the property. If the financial problems are only temporary, we can agree to sell the house back to you at a pre agreed price in the future when your financial situation improves.

Emigration

If you are planning to move away there are enough things to worry about without having to worry about broken chains, delayed sales and sales falling through. We can buy your property quickly from you and allow you to stay as a tenant until you are ready to go to your new home. If your circumstances do change and you decide to stay then you will be welcome to stay as our tenant.
